Guaranteed booking:
With your deposit, we book 40% of the price of the stay, so this booking is guaranteed and we keep the room (s) free for you for the entire stay.
Cancellation policy:
A free cancellation of the reservation is possible up to 60 days before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to debit the credit card by 40% until 30 days, until 7 days 90% and from 7 days 1000%, if the reservation is not rented out. In case of a cancellation on the arrival day, a no-show or earlier departure we will charge 100% of the whole amount.
